The Wholeness Workbook is a step by step approach anyone can follow to renew their life. Within it are four sections: Body, Mind, Spirit, and Resources. The goal is to read the entire workbook in short increments and do all of the 33 Action steps ( two or three a week) over the next 12 weeks. Do it at your own pace and repeat the Action steps often, repetition improves effectiveness and enhances your experience.
